Synopsis:
“In the early 1950s, in the midst of the military dictatorship of General Marcos Pérez Jiménez, Venezuela was resisting and fighting to regain the democracy it had lost after the coup against Gallegos on 24 November 1948. It was in this context that the Unión de Muchachas Venezolanas, a clandestine organisation linked to the Venezuelan Communist Party, emerged and helped to change the course of events. This is the story of the reunion of four of these women who transformed their way of life and who even today, 60 years after forming this organisation, continue to fight”.
