In 1969, in Argentina, Mario Rodriguez Cobos, SILO, launched a movement for non-violence in response to the growing violence in the world and the dictatorships in Latin America. Through a young woman, we will travel to different countries to listen to the testimonies of people who were inspired by Silo. We will discover Silo’s influence on the Gorbachev government’s Perestroika reforms. Catalina seeks answers to: How can people find meaning in this chaotic world? How do you end violence? This documentary pays tribute to one of the most important social and spiritual guides to emerge from Latin America in recent times.
Topics Non-Violence: PHYSICAL, RACIAL, MORAL, ECONOMIC, PSYCHOLOGICAL, RELIGIOUS, SEXUAL.
