Following a powerful earthquake that struck the region on 6 February 2023, causing widespread destruction in Hatay and the surrounding areas, a construction worker, Nedim Buğral, together with a team of volunteers, set up several playgrounds across Hatay to provide children with safe spaces for recreation and recovery.
