Faced with the Argentinean crisis of the 1990s, a group of people from Jujuy decided to confront the disorder that prevailed at the time. In order to solve the deepest needs of human beings, a neighbourhood organisation emerged, which began to give shape to a new model of cooperative and solidarity-based work.
