Acknowledgment:
FICNOVA recognises in the film the effort to show the roots of current migrations and the forced displacement of thousands of people around the world in search of a better life. In this context, in the West we are told to work to receive, and we often exercise this valve, but the need to exercise the valve of giving, of sharing, as metaphorically seen in the film, is not contemplated.
