From erosion to overgrazing and enduring poverty, the people of Lesotho, a highland country surrounded by South Africa, face a variety of difficult challenges. However, the country’s grassroots communities also display enormous ingenuity and creativity. In particular, a number of artists have mastered a talent for resurrection, developing the ability to creatively turn negatives into positives.

Acknowledgment:
FICNOVA recognises this film for providing a demonstration effect of human intention as an impulse to transform the world and ourselves. In contrast to the vision of those who attribute value to certain things, from Lesotho they show us how the negative can be transformed into the positive.
